20lbs

20lbs....
That is what is I would like to shed. Starting today I am at 20lbs. My plan is to run daily, cut out Cheez-Its, limit myself to water and coffee, and build a sweat lodge in my backyard.

Jeff got tired of waiting for me to finish my shoe research and started without me last week. I am ready to go.
